Is this modern Ghana or I am dreaming?

I can not believe or better still understand the sorry state of these  young children in  Sumbrungu in the Bolgatanga Municpal.

 Atampuuru primary B is located behind Bolgatanga polytechnic. I paid a working visit to the school and the following observations that i took and i want to share it with well meaning Ghanaians:
The structure of the school is a death Trap since it has not got windows, doors, it is not floored and some of the children especially the KG1 and 2 sit under trees to learn.
 Any time it is about to rain the students are closed to go home as well as the teachers since the structure is dilapidated . Things like library and text books is fiction to this children since they non existent. The school has only 3 qualified teachers. i wonder if these children can compete with colleagues in Achimota international school. if this in in Bolgatanga municipal what about others interior schools. God have mercy on our children. I want to use this opportunity appeal to the whole world to support these under privilege children
